We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once an order is placed, it will typically be processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-demand periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation along with tracking information if applicable.


Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping within Canada usually takes approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch, while international shipping may take longer depending on the destination and customs processing times. Please note that all delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping provider. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any shipping issues.


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size, unless a free shipping promotion is applied. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping fees.


Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your shipment status. If you do not receive your tracking information within a reasonable time, please contact us for assistance.
